March 20, 2012 Presidential Primary Key Dates & Info
Cook County Clerk David Orr has released these important dates:
- Register to vote. Deadline is February 21. You may download an application from the website.
- Grace period for voter registration. February 22 - March 13 only at Cook County Clerk's office.
- Early voting. February 9 - March 15, at designated locations.
- New mail ballots replace the absentee ballot. February 9 - March 15. You may download an application for mail ballot from the link above or call 312-603-0946. Remember, you must indicate your party preference.
Election Judges: Call 312-269-7984. We no longer assist with placement.
